S. Ramesh, President of RippleImpact Speaks at IBM Seminar

July 23, 2002, Redondo Beach, CA - President of RippleImpact, S. Ramesh, spoke at a recent IBM Seminar. The seminar was targeted at the Japanese small to mid-sized clients in the manufacturing industry. Mr. Ramesh having lived in Japan for a number of years delivered his opening address in Japanese.

The seminar introduced RippleImpact's Entreprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) products to IBM's small to medium sized Japanese customers.

"One of the biggest drawback of the current products in the market is the huge licensing cost. At those price points only the large Fortune 500 companies can afford to have the solutions. Our company has developed products that are not only 75% to 90% less expensive than what is in the market but they also conform to your business rather than your business being forced to conform to the product", says Mr. Ramesh.

RippleImpact is a Premier IBM partner. Together they are making a key collaborative effort in which the two organizations work together to find the best solutions for each other's clients. "We are very pleased to have RippleImpact address the needs of some of our clients. Their product is not only cost effective, but also very modular. Our clients do not have to change their entire system at one go", says Mr. Nagayam, an IBM representative.
