RippleImpact Accepted into IBM NetGeneration
Incubator Program
June 1, 2001, Redondo Beach, CA - RippleImpact, announced
that it has joined forces with IBM as part of its
Incubator Program. The IBM NetGeneration Incubator
Series focuses on partnering with leading incubators
to offer customized products, services and solutions
to Internet business developers and startups.
"This program is designed to provide us with
all of the hardware, software, education and hosting
tools we need to launch our portfolio companies' into
the marketplace," noted Jenny M. Sakhrani, CFO
of RippleImpact and champion of the partnership. "Since
we have been working with IBM, we've gotten access
to opportunities and solutions that can really benefit
our portfolio companies' efforts."
The program provides products and services that are
tailored for incubators, including special licensing
agreements, software and hardware, and hosting services,
as well as education and certification opportunities.
RippleImpact joined the program along with companies
such as Accenture and SoftBank. The company is a division
of Philosopher's Stone Ventures, a growing and highly
innovative technology incubator and is also parent
company to Grayhat Security, an Internet Security
company providing security solutions and secure network
services administration.
