PremiumCHAT Announces Partnership with SBN.com

March 6, 2001, Huntington Beach, CA - PremiumCHAT, one of RippleImpact's clients, announced today that it has signed a five year partnership with SBN.com, the World's Largest Online Yellow Pages, to utilize its billable instant messaging software.

The partnership, which will officially be announced at this year's Spring Internet World on March 14 - 16, involves customizing PremiumCHAT's proprietary and patent-pending billable chat offering to SBN.com's extensive client base. This service will allow service businesses to charge for their services online, in a secure environment.

According to PremiumCHAT, "Joe Turpel, Senior Vice President of Marketing of SBN.com, was quoted saying how pleased [SBN.com is] to add this new and innovative application to our platform and expect it will be well received by our clients creating an unrestrained growth of revenue."

The deal marks the first major online yellow pages directory to sign on as a client of PremiumCHAT, thus paving the way for future customization and development of the billable instant messaging software and associated services.

Both S. Ramesh, President and Chief Software Architect of RippleImpact, and Robert W. Fair, Chairman and CEO of PremiumCHAT, were extremely pleased with the arrangement, and have met extensively with SBN.com executives to ensure smooth teamwork between the organizations.
